Job Description

Working from your own premises you will need to know the business and be prepared to install a broadband internet connection and use a PC.

NOTE: You do not need to be a computer expert as we have developed a very easy to use system and full training is given.

Responsibilities

You will canvas for new business, put properties on the market, take photos and type details, arrange property mail shots and contact potential buyers, negotiate offers, progress sales and generally carry out the role of an Estate Agent.

What do we do?

We provide the infrastructure, including the website, the estate agency software and uploads to property portals. We also provide all the standard letters, systems, procedures and support. We produce marketing information and arrange for it to be distributed. We also provide access to financial and conveyancing services from which additional income can be generated.
